Booking information, service requests, guest details, profile information, history, and application preferences are stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences.

KIYAN HOSPITALITY does not operate an external database for storing this information.

The locally stored information remains on your device unless you:

• Edit or delete the information inside the application
• Clear the application's storage through device settings
• Uninstall the application

Uninstalling the application normally removes its locally stored data.

3. Account Registration

The application does not require users to create an online account, sign in, or provide a password.

4. Information Collection by KIYAN HOSPITALITY

The application does not automatically send locally stored booking records, profile information, or service requests to KIYAN HOSPITALITY LLC.

Information is shared with the company only when you intentionally contact the company through email or another external communication method.

When you send an email, the information you include is handled by your email provider and received by KIYAN HOSPITALITY LLC.

5. Internet Access and Online Images

The application uses an internet connection to load hospitality, room, destination, and service images from Unsplash.

When online content is loaded, the image provider and network service may receive technical information normally associated with an internet request, such as an IP address, device information, request time, and image URL.

The handling of such technical information is governed by the relevant third-party provider's privacy practices.

6. External Applications and Services

The application may open external services when you choose to:

• Send an email
• Open a location in a maps application
• Access online images or external content

These external applications and services operate independently. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies.

7. Advertising and Analytics

KIYAN HOSPITALITY does not include third-party advertising SDKs.

The application does not use analytics SDKs to track user behavior.

8. Location Information

The application does not continuously track your location.

When you choose to open a hospitality location, the app may send a location query to an installed maps application. Any location permission or location processing performed by that maps application is controlled by the external provider and your device settings.

9. Notifications

The application does not use remote push notifications.

Any locally displayed status or booking information is generated from information stored on the user's device.

10. Payments

The application does not process payments, store bank-card details, or collect financial account information.

Any displayed room or service price is an estimate and does not represent a completed payment or confirmed transaction.

11. Data Sharing

KIYAN HOSPITALITY does not sell or rent users' personal information.

The application does not automatically share locally stored booking or profile information with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers.

Information may only be disclosed when required by applicable law or when necessary to respond to a valid legal request.

12. Data Security

Reasonable measures are used to limit data handling and keep app information stored locally.

However, no mobile device or storage method is completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device, screen lock, email account, and installed applications.

13. Children's Privacy

KIYAN HOSPITALITY is intended for general hospitality planning and is not specifically directed toward children under 13.

The application does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an external server.

A parent or legal guardian should supervise any information entered on behalf of a child.

14. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored data remains available until it is edited, removed, cleared through device settings, or deleted by uninstalling the application.

15. Booking and Pricing Disclaimer

Information displayed in the application, including room prices, service prices, availability, and cost estimates, is provided for planning purposes.

A booking record created inside the application does not necessarily represent a final or legally confirmed reservation. Final availability, pricing, taxes, service fees, cancellation terms, and confirmation should be verified directly with KIYAN HOSPITALITY LLC.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when application features, legal requirements, or data-handling practices change.

Any updated version may be provided inside the application or through the application's official store listing. The effective date at the top of the policy will indicate the latest revision.
